You can search AI Vending in both App Store or Google Play Store. Additionally you can also scan the QR code on the machine door sticker.

HAHA Vending Machines accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, using linked cards of the mentioned types.

The Pre-authorization is set to prevent theft and reduce potential loss. The POS checks if the balance meets the customized pre-authorized amount. Once confirmed, the amount is deducted, and the door opens. After the transaction, we adjust the charge based on the items taken, refunding any overcharge and deducting any outstanding amount. Overcharges are refunded by the bank within 7 days.

HAHA Vending Machine is currently available in the United States, Canada, select major European countries, as well as New Zealand and Australia. We are planning to expand to more countries in the future, so be sure to follow us on our social media channels for the latest updates on our expansion.

HAHA Vending Machines can sell nearly anything that fits inside the cabinet. Common categories include: • Snacks & Drinks: Chips, protein bars, ice cream, bottled beverages, energy drinks • Fresh Food: Sandwiches, salads, meal kits, groceries, frozen meals • Health & Wellness: OTC medications, supplements, personal care items • Office & Lifestyle: Coffee pods, tech accessories, everyday essentials

There are two product libraries in HAHA Vending App, your Personal Product Library and the Platform Product Library. For majority of items you would like to sell it is likely they are already in the Platform Product Library. As for things that didn't or items that don't have a barcode you can upload them into the Personal Library. On the app's homepage, tap "New Product Application," then click "Add" at the bottom. Fill in the required product details, take photos according to the sample images, and upload the compliant photos. Finally, click "Submit." Our team will review your application within approximately 6 hours.

The product templates are set per machine, and they will be lost when you transfer the machine to other merchants. To configure the templates, start by tapping "Device" on the home page of the app, then select the machine you want to set up. Next, tap the "Set Template" icon in the upper-right corner, and a grid view will appear. The layers in the grid are arranged from top to bottom, so the first layer in the grid corresponds to the top layer in the machine. You can add products by tapping the plus icon on the page, allowing you to select from both your personal library and the Platform product library.

Our AI recognition software analyzes purchase recordings to identify products based on factors such as color, package features, and UPC/barcode. After you upload the images required for the AI training process, the software learns the key attributes of your products, allowing it to accurately identify what was taken from the cabinet.
