Machine Placement
Our sales representative will provide you with a tracking number and carrier details once your machine is shipped from our nearest warehouse. Additionally, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. Once your machine is scheduled for door-to-door delivery, you will be contacted by phone to finalize the date and time for your HAHA Vending Machine installation.
Please follow these steps to efficiently place your HAHA Vending Machine:
Important: If your machine arrived horizontally, keep it upright for at least 6 hours before turning on the compressor.
• Unpacking Video: Record an unpacking video for potential shipping damages upon arrival.
• Install the App: Download the AI Vending App from the App Store or Google Play Store and complete the registration process.
Before powering on your machine:
• Inspect for Damage: Check the device for any visible damage before powering it on.
• Install Antenna: Attach the antenna to the top of the device.
• Remove Protective Bracket: Remove the protective bracket from the door lock and frame.
• Provide B-code: Power on the Machine. Send the B-code to customer service.
• Link Your Machine: Use AI Vending App to scan the QR code on the door.
• Confirm POS Binding: Contact customer service to verify the firmware status.
Once your machine arrives, it will need to undergo necessary software updates, including the installation of the official firmware provided by the bank. This step is crucial, as failure to complete it will prevent you from receiving payments, potentially resulting in financial losses. You can check the status of your POS machine through our customer support channel. Only after the official firmware update is installed can you begin using the machine.
